A Graphic Texting and Driving Reminder for Billings Residents [VIDEO]

Texting and cell phone talking while driving has been illegal since the summer of 2010.  Still while driving around Billings I see so many offenders.  The Billings Police can’t possibly catch everyone so obey the ordinance and no worries!

This is eye opening!

Working at a remote broadcast on July 6 at 24th and Broadwater I noticed this accident.

And there were no skid marks!  I’m not sure of the end result of this crash but it looks like texting and driving to me.
