Alcoholic Premixed Beverages

I'm not really a "mixed drink" kind of guy, but I saw a story this morning about the Coca-Cola Company selling a premixed alcoholic drink. So far, it's only available over there.

I was just wondering if you can legally sell something like that in the states.

If it sounds like a good idea to you, what other drinks would you like to see produced?
