Today, I won't complain about taxes and so forth. Today, it's all bacon.

Thick-cut pepper bacon has been my favorite. Then, on a recent Sunday morning, I ran to the grocery store to get stuff to make breakfast at home and they were out of pepper bacon. But they did have jalapeno bacon. And it's awesome.

It's great as a salad topper, or on twice baked potatoes, or even by itself. And I cook it on my Traeger Grill, so the flavor is even more wonderful.

I'm still looking for an awesome mac and cheese recipe for the Traeger to go with my ribs, but I'll find it. And more bacon recipes.
