At no time since we have been recording weather in Billings has it been drier in June.

We finished with less than a quarter inch for the month.  On a normal year we get over 2 inches.  Yet Mike Cooney and his drought advisory board have yet to declare a drought emergency for our county.

What the hell are they waiting for?

It’s always better to be ahead of the game than late when it comes to things that can better prepare our counties.  You people better wake up....
