Another Cruise Ship In Trouble
The Carnival Legend, currently off the coast of Honduras is having difficulties and is unable to sail at normal speeds.
This will cut-short vacations for passengers; what for many was to be the trip of a lifetime. No word on the number of passengers, but the ship is said to accommodate 2,124 souls. Coincidentally this is the same ship that Mark and Paul of the Breakfast Flakes were on last year! And as if that weren’t bad enough about 1500 miles away, folks on the Carnival Dream will be flown home rather than completing their cruise after their ship experienced mechanical difficulties. Doesn’t it seem that we are seeing more issues with these huge cruise ships? Sadly, some of them are quite tragic. It seems that some oversight is in order here to prevent further problems and more importantly, further tragedy.
