Appreciation Pancake Breakfast For Veterans and First Responders

Phillips 66 Veteran's Network is hosting an appreciation pancake breakfast at the upper parking lot of Metra Park tomorrow morning (9/11/18) from 7a-10a.

All veterans and first responders in our community are invited to attend.

So many of us were in absolute shock and disbelief on September 11, 2001, but many of our men and women in uniform didn't have the luxury of taking a break to find comfort with family and friends. They had to act immediately to do the job their community expected of them. A lot of American lives were lost on that day, but many were saved by police, firefighters and veterans that we often take for granted.

Thank you to all who serve their country and their communities. Also, thanks to Phillips 66 Veteran's Network for hosting this event. I hope you feed hundreds tomorrow morning!
