I am one hundred percent in agreement that we should be politically correct. However, I also believe that  the world we live in today has taken that belief to a ridiculous level.

Why should we be afraid to stand up for what we believe in?

How many times have we heard that someone is afraid to say anything because they will be ridiculed or sued for something?

Why are we changing things for the few and not listening to the many?

Why are we forced to change what we believe in for someone else?

Or Hobby Lobby, who had to fight for their Religious beliefs when it came to  birth control.

It seems that if you don't believe in same sex marriage you're anti gay or if you don't believe in abortion, you're anti women.

What the hell?

I don't believe in abortion, but if you choose to have one, and you can look yourself in the mirror every day, that's your cross to bear and between you and God. It doesn't mean at all that I am anti-woman.

I believe in marriage between a man and a woman, doesn't mean I'm against same-sex marriage. I have very close friends and family that are in same sex relationships and marriages and I couldn't be happier for them.

Lately, it makes me sick what I see on Social Media and on the News, the hate, the name-calling, and the vicious attacks. I wonder if people would actually talk to each other that way face to face. And if they do, God have mercy.

Here's a thought, what if we spent more time accepting each other and letting people have their own beliefs and opinions.

Do you think it might be a kinder gentler world to leave our next generations?
