Billings Downtown Trick-Or-Treating Begins At Noon On Halloween

The Downtown Billings Alliance is hosting a "safe Halloween alternative" this Wednesday, October 31st from Noon to 5pm.  Participating business will have candy, prizes and other healthy treats along with special themes and activities.

Maps of the route and trick-or-treat bags will be available at D.B.A. headquarters, 2815 2nd Ave. North.  A free shuttle will be running to make the route easier for all guests.
