You could be as busy as a mom chasing after a houseful of children this weekend if you grabbed even a small portion of the activities.

Friday night is the monthly First Friday in downtown Billings.  Many businesses are staying open late for shoppers to experience what downtown Billings has to offer during the monthly promotion.

The Family Carnival night and Gala to benefit Billings Catholic Schools, MayFair is also Friday night.  The carnival is the 6th, and the Gala the 7th at Holiday Inn Convention Center.

Rocky Mountain College Commencement is Saturday at 1, and Kickin' It For Kids is Saturday Night.  The Kids event supports the Family Tree Center, a non profit center for the prevention of child abuse.  You can call the center for tickets 406-255-7599.  The event is at Big Horn Resort with Rob Quist and the Great Northern Band.

The Montana Women's Run, a 2 or 5 mile race to promote women's health and fitness is Saturday morning downtown.  There's team roping at Metra Park, at the Northern States Invitational Team Roping competition.  The acti0n goes all weekend long.

And the Magic City Rollers have a roller derby bout Saturday night, dubbed the May Massacre at the Shrine at 7pm

Karen Gallagher will be at Montana Rescue Mission in the Heights Saturday with tickets to see Sugarland in concert.  Karen is there from 9-11.  I'll be at the other end of town from 12-2 with Sugarland tickets as well at Big Boy Mowers.  The store is on the south outer road between Zoo Drive and the East Laurel exit.

Don't forget mom while you're chasing all the activity in town.
