Billings, is This Weather Normal?

This being my first winter in Billings, I have to sit back and wonder if the weather we are experiencing is normal.

Don't take me wrong. I am not complaining about the weather. As a matter of fact, 60 degrees in December doesn't sound so bad to me personally even though I do like the snow every now and then.

We have actually had our screen door open every night this week with the ceiling fan on because of the temperatures. It's been kind of odd to us.

I just pictured Billings, Montana being snow covered this time of year. You know, four wheel drive just to get into work. Ok, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I thought we would have a lot more than we do.

Other parts of Montana have been hit hard already this year, but Billings has been on the down low.

I'm just curious, is this normal?
