Once again tonight, the Billings City Council will meet to discuss the proposed Non Discrimination Ordinance.  One of the specific items they will debate is whether to implement new guidelines requiring that people to use public restroom that are designated for their gender.

Which basically means, people who identify themselves as "trans gender" will still have to use the anatomically correct bathroom.

Which got Paul wondering if it's currently legal for men to use the ladies restroom now?  If so, Paul is gonna start using the ladies room for several procedures.  Especially here at work, where the men's room smells like a horse corral.

The City Council is also expected to add veteran status, political beliefs and body weight to the list of criteria that people will no longer be allowed to discriminate against.  It's only a matter of time before a 450 lb. person files suit against the local gym for not hiring him as a personal trainer.
