Blame it all on Paul

Following the rules might get the job done, but breaking the rules for 25 years gives you job security.

Years ago, when the Flakes would play a song that wasn't on the "playlist", they might have some explaining to do.  After outlasting more program directors and general managers than they can count, Mark and Paul's philosophy has changed.  These days, if they like a song, they play it.

And if the boss complains, Mark blames it on Paul.  Luckily, Paul is there to take all of the heat.  Let this be a lesson to you.  The next time your boss questions one of your decisions, just say "Paul said it was ok".
