Yesterday, I cooked up a big pot of chili.  I thought it turned out great, so I decided to bring a crock pot of it into work to share with my coworkers.

There is something I forgot though...Apparently it is a Montana (and according to Hot Rod, Idaho as well) tradition that you eat cinnamon rolls with chili. I can honestly say that those two things have never come together in my world.  Most of the people that actually asked, "Hey, were are the cinnamon rolls", as if they had never eat chili without them, told me that the habit started with school lunches.

I've committed to trying it once, but something tells me I'll end up sticking with my usual accompaniment of sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream and hot sauce.
