All summer you hear about barbecues that serve burgers and brats. I don't think I have ever been in a restaurant that even offers a brat as a menu item.  Are they really that popular or do people just make them part of the barbecue thing?  As a kid we use to have them but, it was more of a German thing than a summer thing. Even if they were offered I don't think I would ever order one.  See ya Monday......
