Carrie Underwood’s good friend and personal trainer Erin Oprea brought a jumprope to her son’s soccer game, hoping for a good game and some cardio. She was cyber-bullied instead.

The unnamed cyber-bully took a picture of Oprea from behind and posted it to his Facebook page, saying that she was screaming for attention. His own followers pounced on him, and eventually word got to Oprea and Underwood.

Oprea explained that she often brings a jumprope to watch or take part in activities usually done sitting down. “I enjoy it, it keeps me healthy and I’m a busy professional trainer who needs to work out—many times these moments are all I get,” she says at her website.

She adds that many people often tell her they’d do the same, but they feel self-conscious. Underwood also tries to keep moving during normally sedentary tasks. She re-grammed Oprea’s Instagram photo, adding, “That man obviously has a big problem ... with himself. I only hope he can learn to like himself someday so he can be an adult and stop bullying others for bettering themselves!”

Underwood herself is trying to figure out how to balance a career and being a mother with the demands of an active lifestyle. She's frequently shared pictures on Instagram showing her stopped for a mini-working while walking 1-year-old Isaiah. Last fall the "Heartbeat" singer told Taste of Country she tries to walk around when on the telephone, just to stay active. She's one of the healthiest artists in country music.
