On Saturday, hundreds of Billings football fans will make the trip to Missoula for the annual Brawl of the Wild. Thousands more will be watching the big game in local bars, restaurants or at home.  But did you know that the rivalry now reaches all over the world?

Alumni associations at the University of Montana and Montana State University are helping to organize satellite viewing parties in far away places like Alaska, Hawaii, Connecticut, Georgia, Tennessee, California, Washington, Massachusetts, Utah, Texas, and even the American Virgin Islands.

“Those wanting to host a party must find a venue with the capability of receiving the game via ROOT Sports, then they set aside an area where fans from both teams can come together and watch the game,” said University of Montana Alumni Association Outreach Coordinator Jodi Johnson Moreau.

The two schools are also sending far away fans and alumni a "party box" filled with pennants, pom-poms, banners and decorations.  To see the full list of "Brawl of the Wild" viewing parties, which will be held at over 80 different locations, check out the UM Alumni Website.
