Chuck Barthuly of the Better Billings Foundation along with over 500 families from Harvest Church, the City of Billings, First Interstate Bank, T & E, Wells Fargo Bank and many other supporters have broken ground on a new public swimming pool project 1/3 mile off Airport Road on Aronson Avenue and Caravan Avenue.
