Well without a doubt it is storage sheds going up next to Ace Hardware in Lockwood.  They finally have enough up to be sure I will keep you posted as to when they are done.

Yesterday they started building (what looks to me like) storage sheds. I can't be sure yet but I am almost sure that is what it is going to be. I will know for sure in the next couple of days. I will keep you posted!

Well a picture is worth a thousand words and that is what we have here. Lockwood Ace Hardware is having their grand opening this weekend and this is the picture I took at 9am this morning. Looks like one parking space is open but a car was headed for it as I took the picture...

Well this picture was taken at 5am yesterday morning. It looked like they had been there for a while pouring those two foundations for something. I Guess with the weather change that is coming they wanted to start early. I am sure buildings are going up soon I will keep you posted...

When the sun sets earlier and earlier every day all of the creepy crawlers come out and will try to get in your house. Looking to stay warm for the winter I supose. Here is a good way to chase all them Critters off. Moth balls around the foundation of your house will send them running the other way...

Well things have been dormant for a while but the other day they dug up some of the gravel they had put down so nice and measured out. Then they framed out a spot and it looks like they are going to build a foundation for something. Kinda odd after spending weeks measuring and putting all that gravel down to just mess it all up...

Hansen Music is moving to a BIGGER location located at 521 24th Street West. It is in the Westgate Village. More parking, way convenient location and a bigger store with more guitars,drums,amps ""WOW"" more everything. They are looking to be moved in by November 1st...

The Crowne Plaza is now the DoubleTree by Hilton. well at least the name on the building has changed. I must say that the Double Tree people have and still are putting in a lot of time and money into this place. let me tell you it shows BIG TIME...

The Crowne Plaza has sold and Hilton DoubleTree is sparing no expense to fix this place up. These guy's are working on the 23rd floor with three tiers of scaffolding that would be 26 floors up with no net. They must do it all the time because they swing around like monkeys out there...

Well not much new next to Lockwood Ace Hardware except a six foot privacy fence. I am guessing that the people back behind the fence where complaining. First up went the chainlink fence and two days later up went the privacy fence. It is right up to their backyard what a nice thing to do...
