So Billings passed the Distracted Driving ordinance almost two years ago now. And yet I don’t really feel like it’s affected anyone’s driving habits. I still see people driving all over Billings with their cell phones glued to their ears or head town texting.
So what do you think? Has it affected your driving habits at all?
