One my big complaints with the modern presidential voter is that too many don't take a candidate's stance on our military and military spending into account when voting.

Should you consider many other factors, too? Absolutely. But that rant is for a different day.

Today, I have good news. The A-10 Thunderbolt "Warthog" is going to be protecting our troops a while longer. The government has decided to not retire these aircraft until 2022.

The Warthog can circle the battlefield for long periods, providing close air support with a 30 mm "Gatling Gun" style cannon that fires 3,900 rounds of depleted uranium bullets per minute.

God bless America.
