Dolly Parton wears many hats as a performer and a businesswoman, and now she is adding another project to her resume. The legendary singer-songwriter has acquired the Lumberjack Feud Dinner Theater in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., and announced its new name Jan. 28: Dolly Parton’s Lumberjack Adventure Dinner & Show.

Parton bought the restaurant in June 2015, and has been renovating it ever since. It is now slated to open in May 2016.

"I’m truly excited to be working on a new show for families to enjoy while they are in town,” Parton says in a press release. “We did a lot of work to come up with the name of the new show and I think we found the perfect fit."

Parton’s theme park, Dollywood, is nearby the restaurant, and she's also been working on improvements there. It recently added a new roller coaster called Lightning Rod, which will be the world’s fastest wooden coaster when it opens in March 2016.

Aside from her music career, philanthropy and business ventures, Parton has been lighting up the small screen with stories from her childhood in Coat of Many Colors, based on her song by the same name. The NBC made-for-television movie was the first in a series of three programs the network is developing from Parton’s life and work, and the second will be based on her tune “Jolene.” She recently celebrated her 70th birthday, and shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.
