Downtown Billings Parking Wars

The Cat Studios moved to downtown Billings in June of 1990.  After nearly 24 years of working in the same neighborhood, the Flakes have staked their claim on the best parking spots. And sometimes, finding a good spot in downtown Billings can be like going to the Mall on Christmas Eve.

Here's a good rule of thumb.  If it's 10 am and you're waiting for Mark's parking spot, you might be waiting for a while.  Just because he's in his truck doesn't mean he's moving.  Maybe he's warming up the engine or talking on the phone.  Or maybe Mark saw you come to a complete stop and turn on your blinker right behind him.  In which case, Mark might sit right there just to spite you.

In fact, the only time Mark likes to stay late at work is when someone tries to take his spot.  Luckily, there's plenty of parking at 4 am.
