Early Retirement

It's not our early retirement, so don't panic!  The University of Montana is once again raising the bar to get 45 more teachers to take early retirement.  Their enrollment continues to nose-dive.

So why in the hell did they hire Royce Engstrom to teach when he was president of U.M. and responsible for the enrollment declines?  Sounds to me that this is a good example of the "Good Old Boy" network.  Asking others to quit and re-hiring him? Stupid....
