This community event is to provide information on teen substance abuse trends in our community. It is a free event, hosted by Chemnet - ProTeen in collaboration with the Billings Police Department (BPD) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). This event is designed to give anyone interacting with teens information on issues to be aware of and be a tool to help keep their teens safe from substance abuse.
