Felon Walks Away From Billings Pre-Release Center, March 17th
The report says that Alternatives Inc and the Department of Corrections are considering Isaiah Hopkins as an escapee after he walked away from Alpha House at 104 North 31st street in Billings.
Authorities were notified shortly after Hopkins turned up missing at 8:15 a.m. Monday morning. Hopkins was sentenced in Cascade County back in April of 2013. He has been a resident of Alpha House since November of 2013.
Hopkins is now facing a 10 year sentence for felony escape.
He is 6 feet tall, 190 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Hopkins was described last as wearing jeans, a grey and orange Burger King shirt, a black coat and a grey hat with a logo of a diamond on the front of the hat.
