The Colorado Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that businesses do have the right to fire employees who are under the influence of drugs, marijuana in particular, even if it is legal.

Finally, a decision that makes sense. No company can afford to be liable for an employee who is impaired one way or another.

Maybe that's one way to help curtail the drug problem in America, drug testing prior to employment or drug testing to collect unemployment. Either way we win.
