A fourth person has died after an apparent drunk driver crashed into a crowd of people at the SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas earlier this month.

Eighteen-year-old DeAndre Tatum passed away on Thursday (March 27), according to a spokesperson for the Austin PD. The young man had been in critical condition since the March 13 crash.

The driver of the car, 21-year-old Rashad Owens, was charged with capital murder in the case. He remains in police custody after a judge set his bail at $3 million. KXAN-TV reports that a breath test after the crash showed his blood-alcohol level as .114, well above the legal limit of .08.

Two of the four killed died soon after the vehicle plowed through the revelers. Sandy Le, 26, was pronounced dead on March 16. At that time, five people — including Tatum — were still hospitalized as a result of the incident. Tatum’s girlfriend, 19-year-old Curtisha Davis, also suffered critical injuries, but was released from the hospital on March 18.

Nearly 20 others also sustained injuries that were treatable.
