From the Ghetto to An Apartment
Wow! Billings has sure taught me some lessons since moving back. A GPS is a good thing! The biggest lesson was in the housing. I sure landed a pit. It's infested with bugs and mice, there's a light that won't shut off, the fridge doesn't work, the bathroom sink leaks, and as if that weren't bad enough, at least, the neighborhood sucks. I can't believe I fell for something like that. Now, I'm moving to an apartment complex. Never in my life did I think I'd live in an apartment again, but here I am. I'll say for the complex, it's clean, well maintained, and the environment is that of a resort. There's a pool, hot tubs, even a free tanning bed. The best part is, everyone is background checked. Second best thing, it's reasonably priced, and the third best thing, it's not anywhere near the ghetto. My current landlord should be ashamed of the way he keeps his place. It's the worst house on the block, and it's downright scary to live there. I can't wait to get out. And, yes, I signed a nice, long lease with the apartment complex. This girl has had enough of moving for the next couple of years. Twice in two months is just too much!
