Wyoming has the lowest average gasoline price at $3.64. Utah and Arizona prices round out the lowest three states.

The political talk is vastly different today than 3 years ago. During the last run up of gasoline prices in 2008, blame was placed on the Bush White House. This time, the oil companies and tax breaks are receiving the most attention.
