Get ready for Frankie!

I love that they started naming winter storms a few years ago.  The doozy that is forecasting to hit Billings is named Frankie. While they keep changing how much total snow we're expected to get, it sounds like its going to pretty much suck with the wind and extreme temps.

I'll be curious to see how well the city keeps up with the plowing of city streets with their new policy this year.  Either way, officials are recommending you only travel if you really have to.  And I agree.  I'd hate to have you wrap up the year with an accident, or worse.
