Along with HBO's 'True Detective' premiere this Sunday bringing its gazillionth trailer, Lena Dunham's 'Girls' will all be back in fine form with a double-premiere for its expanded third season. The first official clip for Hannah, Marnie and the rest's return has arrived, along with a few new photos, and Hannah's dinner party might be shorter than expected if Adam's death-stare goes any farther.

The latest look at the first half of Sunday's premiere sees Adam (Adam Driver) reluctantly sitting through Hannah's dinner party with Marnie and Shoshannah (no sign of Jessa just yet), murderously zoning out as Shoshannah speaks of her new life plans. Meanwhile, Marnie remains distraught over Charlie (Chrisopher Abbott)'s exit, though no real explanation has been offered just yet.

So far, what we know of ‘Girls’ season 3 is that the expanded run of 12 episodes will see one of the characters entering rehab, while Andrew Rannells’ Elijah will return as a regular in season 4Jon Hamm‘s wife Jennifer Westfeldt has been observed filming on the set, while Michael Zegen (‘Boardwalk Empire‘) has been announced in a recurring role, along with ‘Orange Is the New Black‘ star Danielle Brooks. Other guest stars include ‘Doctor Who‘ star Richard E. Grant, ‘Crystal Fairy’ star Gaby Hoffmann, ‘The To Do List‘ star Sarah Steele, and ‘Zero Hour‘ star Amir Arison.
