Mark opened up the show this morning talking about the St. Patrick's Parade downtown on Saturday.  Once again, the event was well attended this year and the drunken revelers were out in force.

Later that day, Mark's better half suggested that they should go out.  Mark made the mistake of pointing out that she's not Irish.  That didn't go over well.  After reminding Mark that everyone is Irish on St. Patty's weekend, guess what they did?  They went out.

Whether you're Irish or not, may the luck of the Irish be with you today.  Here's a few of Mark's favorite toasts.

"May you always have a clean shirt, a clear conscience, and enough coins in your pocket to buy a pint!"

"May the winds of fortune sail you,
May you sail a gentle sea.
May it always be the other guy
who says, "this drink's on me.""

"Here's to a long life and a merry one.
A quick death and an easy one.
A pretty girl and an honest one.
A cold pint-- and another one!"
