Have You Heard About Zika Lately?

Remember when congress approved 1.5 billion dollars to help combat the zika virus?  Guess what, the virus is nowhere to be found now in the U.S.  That's right, the seasons changed and the mosquitoes are gone and so is your 1.5 billion dollars that someone got their hands on.
