Brad Paisley made us wait for it...and wait for it...and wait for it. Now the new, twice delayed CD, This Is Country Music is available for you to grab. Here's the video from the single on the CD, "Old Alabama" which just went public Saturday.

The new CD has at least two "once in a lifetime" moments. The Alabama duet was one moment (although if you noticed its not ALL of Alabama--drummer Mark Herndon is missing). The duet with Brad and Carrie Underwood, "Remind Me" is the other surprise on the CD.

Those aren't the ONLY things you'll find on Brad's first CD since 2009. There are guest performances by Don Henley (“Love Her Like She’s Leavin’”), Blake Shelton (“Don’t Drink the Water”), Marty Stuart, Sheryl Crow, and Carl Jackson (“Life’s Railway to Heaven”) and Clint Eastwood (the instrumental, “Eastwood”).

The Carrie duet and the Alabama cut really stand out for me as the best material Brad has done in a long time. It's too bad the tornado last year wiped out our chance to see him perform at Metra. Then again, the tornado made it so you can actually listen to a concert at Metra without all the sound bouncing off the walls.
