Here’s The Reason You Shouldn’t Leave Your Car Parked On A Busy Street After A Montana Snowstorm
If you read my blog yesterday you saw a picture of my car buried in the snow that fell naturally on Sunday night. Because it’s a passenger vehicle and not a big truck I realized I’d have to dig my car out to be able to move it but I thought I could wait until evening as I had to work. MISTAKE! If I had been thinking forward a bit I would have realized that the city’s snowplows would come out in force and plow the busiest streets first.
What you see in the pic above is my car buried twice as bad last night than it was in the morning because the plows forced all the snow to the side… in other words, the plows buried my car 3 times as bad as it had been in the morning. It took me 40 minutes to un-bury my car enough to be able to drive it out. At least I got a good work out!
