St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula has been designated as one of four medical facilities in the United States authorized to treat patients who may be infected by the Ebola virus.  On one hand, it's good that they are capable of treating a potential outbreak, but do we really want to bring patients from other areas of the country to Montana?

Sure, we know that those compassionate Missoulans want to save the planet, one victim at a time.  But the Flakes don't think it's a good idea to expose our state to this deadly virus.  Mark and Paul would prefer isolating patients in the same region where they have been infected.  Treat them if they are here, but don't tell them to come here.

We should learn our lesson from the recent cases of the D-68 Enterovirus virus here in Yellowstone County.  That virus was brought here by people from other countries and has quickly spread to children throughout the west.  Let's hope that same thing doesn't happen with Ebola.
