Hometown Heros In My Book – Bad Day Turns Into A Great Day!

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Well when life gives you a flat tire, take your vehicle to Tire Rama! I totally owe these guys a shout-out after what happened to me yesterday. As I am driving in to work on Wednesday morning I experienced the all so dreaded FLAT TIRE!!!
I was the happy recipient of a very large piece of metal in my right rear tire as I drove past MetraPark. Guessing it was from some of the recent construction going on there, but perhaps not. Anyway, to my dismay I was sitting there on the side of 3rd Avenue waiting for my wonderful brother Mike to save me, and thought to myself, “Now I have to get this stupid thing fixed!” So I made a beeline for Tire Rama Downtown.
Scott, Marsha and the crew are the best. At first I was informed that the metal had caused to much damage to repair the tire and that a new one would cost $205! OUCH!!!! Then Scott made a few calls and SHAZAM, a good used tire to put on my vehicle for next to nothing.
I love those guys! Thanks for making a bad day a great day!
