Homework is a Must [Opinion]

An article in today's paper indicates that parents are concerned their kids are getting swamped with too much homework.

Some schools across the country are scaling back homework and some even eliminating it.

Huge mistake.

We are raising a bunch of candy asses who every time things get tough they run to mommy. This helps prepare kids for the next level such as college, not to mention helps keep them busy and out of trouble.

What harm comes from a little hard work and extra knowledge?

As long as it's not a ridiculous amount it will pay dividends down the road.
