Road construction on 27th Street and 1st Avenue in downtown Billings is going to make traffic a real headache for the next couple of months.

Evidently, one of the projects they're working on is fixing a water main under 27th Street.  Which begs the question, how many construction workers does it take to fix a water main in Downtown Billings?  According to this picture, the answer is 5.  One guy to do all the work and 4 more guys to stand around and watch.

Seriously, Paul and his kids could have done a better job of building the downtown parking garage.  Do we need the crew from Mushaben Farms to come rebuild the streets?
