This morning, the Flakes read a hysterical story about a man who killed a spider...the wrong way.

Last night in Seattle, a man saw a spider in his laundry room.  In a terrified fit of panic, he grabbed a lighter, a can of spray paint and attempted to set the spider on fire.  We're still not sure what happened to the spider, but he did manage to set something on fire.  His house.  By the time the fire was put out, his home suffered over $50,000 in damage.

Since we know many Cat Country listeners are deathly afraid of spiders, here's a public service message from your old pals Mark and Paul.  Spiders are scary, but fires are worse.  Next time you see a spider, please, for the love of God, don't try to set it on fire.  Grab a gun and shoot it.
