It was scene straight out of "The Fugitive" this weekend.  Local police are still searching for a man who jumped into the Yellowstone River this weekend after a routine traffic stop.

Police say the man emerged from the river approximately one mile downstream from where he jumped in.  The next part is amazing.  The assailant then borrowed a pair of overalls from a a local resident, before allegedly stealing a truck and making his escape.

Who loans someone a pair of overalls?  Especially when he's dripping wet and out of breath.  We're not detectives, but we think the guy who loaned him the overalls has some explaining to do.

Police will continue their search for the suspect who managed to get away from a team of search dogs and helicopters.  Luckily, the Police have gathered some information from the scene and are confident they will be able to apprehend him and bring him to justice.

If we've said it once, we've said it a million times, you don't loan a pair of overalls to a stranger
