If There’s Anything That I Can Do

This blog comes to mind in connection with the loss of my father and all of the sad things that come along with funerals. Many folks say, "If there's anything I can do, don't hesitate to call." But they will hesitate. So, you should do something for them. Mow their yard, shovel a driveway if it's winter time. Bake some lasagna for them, or a loaf of banana bread. It will be much more appreciated than you know. I know firsthand because these things and many other kind things have come my family's way in the last 10 days or so.
