IHOP Celebrates National Pancake Day By Giving Away Free Pancakes
Sure, you may have just packed on a pound or two chowing down during the Super Bowl, but that’s no excuse to skip National Pancake Day.
Especially when free food and a good cause is involved.
For the eighth consecutive year, IHOP is offering a free stack of pancakes to celebrate National Pancake Day. The promotion runs Tuesday, February 5 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The plan is to raise $3 million for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, as well as other charitable organizations, so loosen your belts and loosen your purse strings to help out.
For those of you who need to adjust your calendar, International Pancake Day is set for February 12. It’s usually celebrated on “Fat Tuesday.†And eating pancakes certainly will get you fat, regardless of the day of the week.
