Is Billings A Garbage Dump?

Well it shouldn't be but as you can see from the photo above some citizens of the Magic City don't care. Sometimes I wonder if they call this the Magic City because we can make the beer inside a bottle disappear. This little gem was found on the north west corner of Broadway and 1st kitty corner to the new Northern Hotel. Not the image I nor most of the residents of our fine city wish to be known for I'm sure.

So what do we do? I realize downtown is party central but there are so many garbage cans a drunk should be able to stumble into one almost without looking. All I'm asking my inebriated friends to do is throw your bottle in the trash and not on the ground. We all have to live here and you're making Billings look like a garbage dump.
