Legal Weed In Canada – Unless You’re Korean

When Canada legalized weed, we heard the same pro and con arguments we're accustomed to.  If you fall in the latter camp of "Weed is bad for society", you might appreciate this statement from South Korea.  It seems that they are not taking this lightly and had a message to their students who are studying abroad in Canada.

“Weed smokers will be punished according to the Korean law, even if they did so in countries where smoking marijuana is legal. There won’t be an exception.''
