Livingston Flood 2014 [VIDEO] [AUDIO]
At about noon on March 6th Ed Meece, City Manager of Livingston declared a State of Emergency due to flooding in low areas of the Yellowstone River.
Evacuations were taking place at that time due to exposed utilities and as of 5 a.m. on March 7th the update is that residents of the 700 block of North Street in Livingston were allowed to return back to their homes.

Residents of Livingston are encouraged to prepare for more flooding and the possibility of more weekend flooding as temperatures are expected to warm up into the 50′s. The Billings Morning News will have an update after 9 a.m. on March 7th after the next briefing with Livingston city officials.
