Look Closely at this Picture Taken In Downtown Billings [Opinion]

As I left work yesterday, I had the story in my head of Montana leading the nation when it comes to food stamp fraud.

Even our own Gov. Steve Bullock said this is alarming.

As I left Montana Avenue, I happened to snap this picture which shows that  you can beat the system.

If you look closely, you'll see nice sun glasses, an iPhone, nice gold bracelets, smoking -- and those aren't cutoffs -- while sitting under the charity office sign.

We don't have a revenue problem in this country; we have a spending problem.

Yes, I'm judgmental.
