Losing Sleep? Me Too!
I have been tossing and turning for weeks. Between work, family and more, it is hard to keep the eyes closed at night.
It's doesn't help that I have bad habits I like to do when trying to go to sleep like watching TV.
Apparently ideal temperature for snoozing is between 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. To fall asleep, do this first. "Turn down the lights a full hour before bedtime," says Michael Breus, Ph.D., a sleep specialist. Lowering overhead bulbs and drawing the shades helps your body produce more melatonin, which can induce sleep.

Terrible - E-mail especially for work.
To fall asleep, you do not want to be dwelling on your day.
Pretty bad - Texting or game playing.
Though it can take your mind off stressors, constant pings and beeps are bound to stimulate you.
At your own risk - Watching television or a movie.
This is the least disruptive tech activity especially if the screen if far away because it is passive and distracting.
Downright soothing - Reading fiction.
It settles the mind and distracts you from other things buzzing in your head.
