This morning, the Flakes read a story about the actor Jim Carrey, who recently delivered the commencement address at a high school graduation ceremony in California.  Of course, whenever celebrities give these speeches, they always say the same thing:  follow your dreams.

Well, here's Mark and Paul's advice to the Class of 2014:  Don't follow your dreams.

Don't get them wrong, it's ok to have dreams.  But you have to find a way to make a living first. Dreams won't pay your bills.

And accept the fact that some of your dreams won't come true.  When you're 40 and your dreams haven't panned out, you'll realize that the world doesn't owe you anything.

For example, Paul's dream was to have Rachel Ward and Halle Berry be his maids.  Sadly, that wasn't in the cards for him.  But he had a back up plan.  And somehow he's managed to build a life, a successful career and a family.
