Mark’s Take On Tom Cruise

Out of nowhere this morning, we got on the subject of Tom Cruise. Paul pretty much doesn't care for ANYTHING he's ever starred in. But, as I look at his complete filmography, I find that I've enjoyed several of his roles. Keeping in mind that I actually used to go the movies once in a while, the ones I liked him in were "Taps," "Risky Business," "All The Right Moves," and "Top Gun." I especially enjoyed his roles in both "The Color Of Money" and "Cocktail" simply because he played such a cocky character in those. And that seems to fit his persona. I'll admit that I have seen less than half of his movies. But my favorite role, and this is just my opinion, was when he played Hollywood Jerk Les Grossman in "Tropic Thunder." That kind of juvenile humor is just my kind of funny. DIET COKE!
